1. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept traditional bank transfers, card payments, and PayPal in most regions. We charge the full amount upon order completion. Un'common does not store customer payment card details for security reasons.

2. How to use the discount code?

The discount code can be entered when finalizing your order.

  • It cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • It has a specific expiration date.
  • It cannot be used for orders that have already been completed or those placed after the deadline.

By signing up to our newsletter you can get a 10% discount on your first purchase

3. When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped once all items are in stock. You can obtain information about your order by contacting us at kontakt@uncommon.pl and providing your order number. Standard order processing time is 5-7 weeks.

4. Can I cancel or change my order?

Your order will be processed once payment is received. After this time, changes cannot be made. However, we consider each case individually, so please contact us immediately at kontakt@uncommon.pl and we will do our best to help.

5. Which countries do you ship furniture to?

We ship to most countries worldwide. If you experience any restrictions, please contact us and we'll try to resolve the issue.

6. Can I pick up my order in-store?

7. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Remember to check the shipment in the presence of the courier and, if any damage is found, fill out a damage report. If the shipment is damaged, contact us immediately. Details of the process can be found on the "Shipping and Returns" page.

8. Shipping costs and free delivery

Poland: Free shipping for items over 500 PLN. For orders under 500 PLN, the cost is calculated at checkout.

Europe: Free shipping on orders over €150. An additional fee may apply for larger pieces or custom orders. For orders under €150, the cost is calculated at checkout.

Rest of the world: Costs vary by country and shipping weight and are displayed at checkout.

9. Customs duties and VAT

European Union: prices include Polish VAT (23%).

B2B customers can request an invoice without VAT before making a purchase.

Other countries: possible customs duties/VAT - Un'common does not charge them, they must be paid upon delivery.

10. How to get an invoice?

11. Does Un'common offer the possibility of personalizing products?

Yes, we also accept custom orders. If you would like a quote for your project, please contact us at kontakt@uncommon.pl and describe the project details.

12. Does Un'common have a brick-and-mortar store?

No. If you'd like to see the furniture or samples in person, please visit our studio at Legionów Street 37A, apt. 11, Łódź. You can also visit the showroom of one of our distributors:
- LINIE Studio (Warsaw),
- Sofa Spot (Bydgoszcz),
- MOMO Store (Leszno)

13. Where is your furniture manufactured?

All our furniture is manufactured in Poland (mostly locally - in the Łódź Voivodeship).

14. Do you offer free samples?

We don't offer free samples, but you can deduct their cost from your final order. To do so, please contact us at kontakt@uncommon.pl. Samples are available HERE.
