Terms and conditions of the Un'common online store

I. General information


  1. The owner of the uncommon.pl online store and the seller within the meaning of the law is the company Un'common Maciej Korycki with its registered office in Łódź at ul. Chłopickiego 33A, entered into the Central Register and Information on Business Activity, NIP: 9730901252, REGON: 384972116, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller".

  2. These Regulations define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, concluding sales contracts, deliveries, payments, complaints and withdrawal from the contract.

  3. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular:
    - Act of 23 April 1964 - Civil Code,
    - Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights,
    - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

  4. The current text of the Terms and Conditions is available on the store's website in the "Terms and Conditions" tab. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time. Orders placed before the amendments take effect will be governed by the Terms and Conditions in force at the time the contract is concluded.

II. Product Information


  1. The products offered in the store are described in detail (name, material, dimensions, colors, delivery time).

  2. Product photos and visualizations are for illustrative purposes only. Products are handmade, which means they may vary in color, grain, or finish – and this does not constitute a product defect.

  3. All prices are gross (including 23% VAT), quoted in Polish zloty. Prices include shipping within the European Union (unless the product description states otherwise).

  4. The information on the store's website constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code, and not an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Civil Code.

III. Placing orders and concluding a contract


  1. You can place an order without registration, using the form available on the store's website.

  2. The condition for placing an order is acceptance of the Regulations.

  3. After placing an order, the customer receives an email confirming receipt of the order. At this point, a sales contract is concluded.

  4. The customer is obligated to provide truthful information. The seller has the right to refuse to process an order if incomplete or false information is provided.

IV. Payments


  1. Orders are processed after payment in advance.

  2. Available payment methods:
    - traditional transfer (PKO BP, account number: 48 1020 3352 0000 1702 0258 6741),
    - PayU,
    - PayPal.

  3. The Seller reserves the right to limit the available payment methods depending on the value of the order, the country of delivery or individual arrangements with the Customer.

V. Delivery


  1. The order processing time is given individually for each product and is counted in business days from the date of payment.

  2. Delivery methods:
    - courier within Poland (1–2 business days),
    - delivery by company transport – according to individual arrangements,
    - personal collection – after prior arrangement,
    - foreign delivery - time determined individually, depending on the country of delivery

  3. Orders to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland, Norway, UK) may be subject to customs duties and local VAT – these costs are borne by the customer.

  4. Large shipments (tables, consoles, chests of drawers) are shipped on pallets and do not include a delivery service.

VI. Complaints


  1. The Seller is liable to the Customer for the conformity of the goods with the contract under the provisions of the Civil Code on warranty.

  2. Complaints may be submitted by e-mail to the following address: contact@uncommon.pl or in writing to the Seller's registered office address.

  3. The complaint should include: Customer details, description of the defect, date of its discovery, proof of purchase.

  4. The Seller will review the complaint within 14 days of receiving it. Failure to respond within this timeframe will constitute acceptance of the complaint.

  5. If the complaint is accepted, the Customer may request repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal from the contract – in accordance with the law.

VII. Withdrawal from the contract


  1. A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.

  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must submit a declaration (e.g. e-mail: contact@uncommon.pl ) and return the goods in an intact condition to the following address: Un'common, ul. Legionów 37A lok. 11, 91-069 Łódź (with the note "RETURN").

  3. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

  4. The Seller will refund all payments received to the Customer within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

  5. The right of withdrawal does not apply in relation to:
    - products made according to individual customer guidelines (personalized),

  6. A sample withdrawal form is attached to the Regulations.

VIII. Personal data


  1. The administrator of Customers' personal data is Un'common Maciej Korycki .

  2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR for the purpose of order fulfillment, customer service and – after consent – ​​for marketing purposes.

  3. The Customer has the right to access their data, rectify it, delete it, limit its processing, transfer it and file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

  4. Detailed data protection rules are specified in the Privacy Policy available on the store's website.

IX. Final Provisions


  1. All materials published in the store (photos, descriptions, logos) are subject to copyright protection and may not be copied or used without the consent of the Seller.

  2. Contracts are concluded in Polish. In the case of international sales, the English version is acceptable.

  3. The applicable law is Polish law.

  4. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent court in accordance with the law.
