II. What data do we collect?

As part of your use of the store, we may collect the following data:

  • identification data (name, surname, company name),
  • address details (delivery address, billing address),
  • contact details (e-mail address, telephone number),
  • payment data (bank account number, card details – stored by payment operators, not by us),
  • technical data (IP address, cookies, history of activity in the store).

III. Purposes of data processing

We process personal data for the purpose of:

  • execution of orders and sales contracts,
  • payment and delivery processing,
  • handling complaints and returns,
  • conducting correspondence with clients,
  • marketing of own products (newsletter, information about promotions – only after consent),
  • fulfilling legal obligations (e.g. issuing invoices, bookkeeping).

V. Data recipients

Data may be transferred:

  • courier companies and carriers (delivery),
  • payment operators (PayU, PayPal, banks),
  • companies providing IT and hosting services (Shopify),
  • accounting offices and legal advisors (accounting and legal obligations).

We never sell personal data to third parties.


VI. Data transfer outside the EEA

The uncommon.pl store runs on Shopify, whose servers may be located outside the European Economic Area (e.g., in Canada or the USA). Shopify ensures an adequate level of data protection in line with the GDPR, including through the use of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.


VII. Data storage period

  • We store data related to the execution of contracts for the period necessary to complete the order, and then in accordance with tax and accounting obligations (5 years).
  • Marketing data – until consent is withdrawn.
  • Technical data (cookies) – in accordance with browser settings or until they are deleted.

Every data subject has the right to:

  • access to your data,
  • rectification and updating of data,
  • deletion of data (“right to be forgotten”),
  • processing restrictions,
  • data transfer,
  • object to processing,
  • withdraw consent at any time (if data is processed based on consent),
  • lodging a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

The store uses cookies to:

  • ensuring the proper functioning of the website,
  • traffic analysis and statistics,
  • personalize content and advertising (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).
