Shipping and Returns

Delivery

To ensure the safety of your shipment, we only work with trusted carriers. We offer free delivery within the European Union.

Delivery time

  • Courier within Poland: 1–2 business days
  • Personal collection in Łódź: by prior arrangement
  • Deliveries within the EU: according to carrier rates (time varies by country)
  • Deliveries outside the EU (Switzerland, Norway, UK): additional customs duties and local VAT charged by tax authorities
  • Deliveries outside Europe: please contact us by email ( kontakt@uncommon.pl ) to arrange the terms

Delivery security

Larger furniture (tables, consoles, chests of drawers) is shipped on pallets via Kuehne + Nagel Sp. z o. o. Delivery does not include bringing it into the apartment.

Damage

Please inspect the shipment in the presence of the courier. If any damage occurs, please document the damage, prepare an appropriate report, and report it to the carrier and to us at kontakt@uncommon.pl .

Return

You have 14 days to return products without giving a reason (this does not apply to personalized furniture). Returned products must be undamaged and without signs of use.
